Entities are repositories of custom fields. They are used for storing pieces of data that are important to your organization. For example, your organization may wish to store more information on CRM person records than the default fields available and can do so in entities. Entities can also store form responses in Motion 2. They are found under ‘Configuration’ in the CRM and are organized by entity groups.
