Manage Donors Who Give in a Variety of Ways

1. From the Dashboard click “Donor Management”.
2. You will see five different Donor Management views across the top.
3. All contacts shows you a list of every contact in your CRM database.
4. Donors Only automatically narrows this list to only contacts that have made one or more gifts. The table at the top will show you how many donors have given each of the last three months, and how many of them were new.
5. Online Donors shows only donors who have made one or more online gifts, and Recurring Donors shows only donors who have at least one active recurring gift.
6. Giving Profiles shows you unique data including the amount and type of their first and last gifts, and the total amount they’ve given over their lifetime. Explore the filters on this view.

From each of these views, Donors will be displayed in the grid below the filters. All management steps from the “Managing Available Children” tutorial apply here as well.
