How to adjust CRM photos that render on the website

If the images pulled from the CRM records are not focused correctly, you can adjust it from the CRM record. Below is an example of a photo that is not correctly focused.




This is due to the image size in the CRM record versus the thumbnail size in the web page. The web page uses a landscape layout wherein the CRM photo used is in portrait. Below are the steps to correct this:


1. From the /admin side, click the CRM component.

2. Search for the CRM record that needs to be adjusted.

3. Right-click the record and click 'Edit'.

4. Click the 'Add / Edit photos' button and search for the photo used in the CRM record.

5. Click the photo and then click the 'Set Focal Point' button found on top.



6. Set the focal point then 'Save & Close'. That should fix the issue with images that are not focused correctly on your page.
