If a reference was added incorrectly, here are the steps to correctly change that reference to the right one.
Step 1 - You will need to remove the original CRM for the "Personal Reference" instance in Motion 2. Here's how: Motion 2 > Instances > Name of wrong reference > Remove instance
(If this step is skipped and the reference is changed by editing the instance instead of deleting it, there will be no new CRM for the new reference but the same CRM for the old reference that has been edited. This results in the new name replacing the old name in everything that CRM is being used for, not just the reference.)
Step 2 - After the instance has been removed, you can add the new reference. This will cause the system to create a new CRM for the new reference to pull from.
Here are the steps to changing the reference if Step 1 was skipped:
Step 1 - You will need to remove the original CRM for the "Personal Reference" instance in Motion 2.
Step 2 - Go into "CRM" and find the CRM for the edited account and change it back to the original "Name" and "Email" that it was before it was edited.
A. You can do this by looking at the CRM's "Log" and look at what the "Name" and "Email" was before it was edited.
Step 3 - Now you can go add the new reference, and the system will create a new CRM for that reference.
