Importing Accounting Expense data for Missionary Dashboards

SiteStacker Missionary Dashboards can display both income and expense data for fundraising missionaries. If you are using SiteStacker for donor management, then the income data will populate in Historic Giving automatically.

If you need to import income review our Historic Giving import documentation.

Should you desire to display an account balance and expense data, they can be imported. The Historic giving import template will be used and by identifying the "record_type" column as "ledger" this will remove the requirements for donor fields. Either "contribution_type" or "notes" can be used to identify the purpose of the expense. Typically, all ledger data comes from accounting and it can be both negative or positive.

Often clients like to display this data over multiple dashboard pages for easy consumption example pages could be Income, Expenses, and Income/Expenses combined.  If you need assistance changing your missionary dashboard, contact our quote request and we are happy to assist you.
